The staff was helpful with directions. The room was clean upon arrival. The bar service in the evenings was convenient.. I appreciated the selection of drinks.

The breakfast selection was diverse and quite satisfying. I found the breakfast room staff efficient. I appreciated the slippers and bathrobes available in my room. The location allowed easy access to the city center. The Botanical Gardens were a short walk.
The fitness center operated on a limited schedule. I had to book a slot beforehand. The minibar stock was pretty standard.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was clean. The hotel is in a very good location for accessing restaurants and shops. Breakfasts were excellent, and staff were helpful. I found the location quiet, so sleeping was easy.
The WiFi did not work well in my room, and I had to go to the lobby for a stable connection. The front desk staff was informed several times. the issue was never resolved . The hotel hairdryers also didn't work. They provided replacements. all of them failed.
